- Katyn – my brother and I have been waiting for a local release for months
- State of Play – I’m a sucker for good-guy journalist flicks
- The Reader – inexplicably missed during its long season, I can’t wait to get the DVD
- X-Men Origins: Wolverine
- The Wrestler – Mickey Rourke in action (another DVD)
- The Singing Revolution – an Estonian documentary on the passage to freedom at the end of the Cold War
